Wild Wonder is a Vacation Bible School (VBS) style curriculum that invites children to delight in God as creator, redeemer, and sustainer of all things by immersing them in the wonders of the created world.
Immerse kids in God's creation
Wild Wonder is designed for school-aged children (ages 5-10). Each of the four years of content includes five days of lessons.
Campers sing in worship, hear what the Bible has to say about God and creation, and take daily nature breaks to listen to the world around them. They study creation through hands-on science experiments, observation, and conservation activities. Crafts and games help them experience the joy of getting to know the created world and the loving God who made it all.
Wild Wonder teaches children that all of God’s works are good and that they themselves are beloved creations.
Annual Themes
“Wonder” (Year One) is about cultivating wonder while exploring God’s good gifts that fill the earth, and turning that wonder into gratitude and praise.
“Care” (Year Two) explores hopeful ways to care for creation while also discovering how deeply the Father cares for us.
“Flourish” (Year Three) is about helping creation prosper and believing in the promise that God will make all things right again through the redemptive work of Jesus.
“Share” (Year Four) explores sharing God’s gifts and good news with each other and the world.
